What do you consider wellness to be?
Is it about losing weight? Eating right? Or establishing an exercise routine?
None of these options are right or wrong. We all have different concepts of what it means to be well – in mind, body and spirit.

Wellness is defined as:

“a state of optimal well-being that is oriented toward maximizing an individual’s potential. This is a life-long process of moving towards enhancing your physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental well-being”

Wellness incorporates the areas of emotional, physical, spiritual, social, mental and environmental. The concept of Wellness therefore is a life-long process of moving towards enhancing each of these components in your own life; it is a state of optimal well-being that is oriented toward maximizing an individual’s potential.

With certification in personal training, massage and aromatherapy I can assist you in looking at your whole health in a holistic way.
